Solid tumors are heterogeneous: their cells can carry different antigens. Innocell keeps the patient’s broad tumor-antigen repertoire, rather than selecting a small set of targets.
The patient’s tumor supplies the antigens. The approach preserves their breadth through the inactivation process.
One tissue preparation can yield multiple doses. A turnaround of less than seven days is anticipated at commercial scale.
Innocell is investigational. Safety and immunogenicity are being evaluated in a Phase 1 study. The illustration explains the proposed mechanism; it does not depict clinical results.
